When you contact us
The enquiry form prepares an email in your own email application. It does not send or upload your message when you fill it in. If you choose to send it, we receive your email address and the details you include, which we use to respond to your enquiry. Please don’t include payment card information.
Website hosting
This site is hosted on Vercel. Requests to the website can generate technical logs, including IP addresses and browser or request information, for delivery, security and troubleshooting. We have not added advertising trackers or analytics tools to this site.

For questions about your information, or to request deletion of an enquiry you sent us, email shop@wearenoch.com. We will update this notice to explain any order or payment processing before the store opens.
